Its a musical china ornament, and I had to find something for homework in my house that didn't use electricity and had a mechanism in it. Which I presume is a wind up one.. I need a detailed sketch but I can't really label it that well because I don't know the names of the parts so can someone help me out?
The round disc part with bumps on it is simply called the cylinder or sometimes called a spindle. The little metal "teeth" that pluck it are called the steel "comb".
